  Went here on January 19th, at around 5pm. Got seated immediately. It was quite busy, and got much busier by 5:30. We had an awesome waiter, John. It is his first server job, and he did a great job. Kudos to you, John!

  My Daughter ordered the Taco Lettuce wrap with mushrooms instead of onions. It arrived loaded with onions, no mushrooms. They took it back and brought another one with hardly any mushrooms and there were still some onions. Third time they got it right but the rest of us had finished our meal. I had also notified them that it was her birthday. Three other tables had the birthday sign song thing that they do plus a dessert. Not us, we just got the bill. It will be awhile before I consider going back there

  Our food was awesome! I had chicken tacos, which I highly recommend! Others had, smothered chicken with garlic mashed, and two orders of wings and ribs. I don’t think I’ve ever been out for dinner, where nobody had a complaint! The food was excellent! Excellent service, and very happy, attentive employees.

  The food here is most definitely good. I got the 7 oz AAA Sirloin and it was cooked how I wanted it and was quite good. However the wait here is quite a wait. It’s a super new place when I’m reviewing this so I’ll cut them some slack. However they haven’t worked out the organization yet and it shows. They had some errors in the orders and some are more significant than others. For example some one in my group ordered a chicken fajita it arrived like an hour later (with everyone else’s meals) without the chicken. It had somehow become a vegetarian fajita. They cut it off the bill so whatever. They need to work on the organization system and how everything works. Once they figure that out it will be a great place to eat. Until then unless your okay with a wait and some possible errors it’s better to avoid this place.

  Seating was quick, but was a 45 minute wait to get two sandwiches with the restaurant about half full. Brought out chicken and waffles instead of southern chicken, and insisted it was the right meal. Didn't get the right toppings on the pulled pork. Food tasted pretty bland regardless. As others have mentioned, at the time of writing it is still quite new - but they have a long way to go before I would consider returning.

  We went for dinner on Sunday around 6pm. The place was quite busy but we were seated promptly. Our server was Katrina who was excellent. Seats and tables were comfortable. Drinks arrived quickly as did the appetizers. The menu is quite extensive and very much north American - if you like BBQ then it's fine. Also burgers, salads etc. This Bowmanville location is a big improvement on a previous visit to one in Oshawa. Not a gourmet experience but a good family restaurant with a bit of a western/country feel. Good for groups too. And it seems that if it's your birthday you get to wear a moose hat while they sing to you.
